We measure things for a living. This is the bid-work door.

Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. Two threads of real work meet in this door. First, the measurement thread: doing attribution work for an appointment practice, we traced thirteen months of inquiries and found the pattern that runs this whole family of services — inquiries that wait, die; inquiries that get answered, close. Second, the quoting thread: a dock builder we work with was losing his evenings to estimates, so we built him a voice-to-bid system — he records a walkthrough on his phone, talking through the job like he would to a foreman, and a priced estimate comes back for his review. It runs today.

This door exists because those two threads are the same fact: in bid-for-the-job work, turnaround is the mechanism. We measure yours before prescribing anything, because his bottleneck isn't necessarily yours.

What we can show you

• The measured findings — the numbers on this site come from a real engagement's records (anonymized; it's their data, we did the measuring), labeled as coming from a medical practice, because honesty about evidence is a habit.
• A working demo of our measurement dashboards on realistic fictional data — email for a walkthrough link.
• This site's own machinery — the assessment, scoring, report and booking are systems we built and run. Take the assessment; you're test-driving the workmanship.

The rules we work by

• Estimates are labeled estimates. Measurements carry timestamps. The difference is the product.
• Prices are published. $500 first fix, full builds from $2,500.
• No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo crew, no statistics we can't source.
• The AI is named. Report analysis is written by Claude, an AI model, from your answers — it says so in every report.
